Information on the right of withdrawal

Note for catering and finger food orders:
For contracts for the supply of food and beverages for which a specific delivery or event date or period is provided, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB (German Civil Code). This applies in particular to our date-specific catering, finger food, buffet, breakfast, meeting and event orders.
Likewise, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB).

Right of withdrawal

Insofar as you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, took possession of the goods. In the case of services, the withdrawal period generally begins on the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Where an electronic withdrawal function is available for your contract, you may also declare your withdrawal via the withdrawal function provided in our online shop. After using this function, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement of receipt without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

We shall generally carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

In the case of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over goods that are eligible for withdrawal to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after declaring your withdrawal.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In particular, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for

– the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB),

– the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded, in particular freshly prepared, chilled or perishable food (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB),

– the supply of food and beverages and other relevant services, where a specific date or period is provided for performance (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB).

This applies in particular to date-specific catering, finger food, buffet, breakfast, meeting and event orders.
