Skewers
Skewers are the easy favourites on any buffet: clean to eat, colourfully arranged and ready to grab. Tomato & mozzarella, Serrano ham with honeydew melon, marinated chicken skewers or vegan antipasti skewers add variety.
Skewers suit a meeting as well as a team event or champagne reception. Combine savoury and fruity versions so that every guest finds their favourite.
