1. Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver in Munich and the surrounding area directly to companies, meeting and event venues and private addresses. Availability and delivery costs depend on the delivery address or postcode area.
2. At what times do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm. We agree the exact delivery time to suit the start of your event and our route planning.
3. When will my order be delivered?
You tell us your preferred delivery time. We plan the delivery to fit your event schedule, allowing for a delivery window of about 30–60 minutes depending on the route and traffic.
4. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery and logistics costs depend on the delivery address or postcode area and on the size of the order. The exact costs are shown during checkout, or stated in the quote for individually planned orders.
5. Are larger deliveries possible?
Yes. Larger orders and events are also possible. Depending on the scope, we agree the delivery time, vehicle and staffing needs and the organisational process with you individually.
6. Can I collect my order myself?
Yes. Collection is generally possible by prior arrangement. We agree the pick-up location and time with you to suit your order.
7. What is included with delivery?
We deliver your finger food ready to serve. Setting out the platters, labelling and cocktail napkins are included with a regular finger food delivery. We collect reusable platters by arrangement.
8. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Delivery orders have a €250 minimum order value and a minimum of 3 platters. Finger food packages already meet the minimum quantity.
