Delivery area and delivery times

We deliver our finger food with our own delivery service throughout the entire city of Munich and to numerous towns in the surrounding area.

Deliveries are generally possible Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 21:00. Please state your preferred delivery time when placing your order or enquiry.

Unless otherwise agreed, we usually schedule delivery no later than 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Minimum order quantity and minimum order value

A minimum order value of €250 gross (value of goods) applies. In addition, a minimum quantity of 3 platters applies. If you order a finger food package, the minimum quantity of 3 platters does not apply; the minimum order value of €250 remains. Delivery and logistics costs do not count towards the minimum order value.

The order and delivery conditions displayed during the ordering process shall prevail.

Order lead time

The required order lead time depends on the scope, number of guests, product range and type of event.

Depending on the order, we generally recommend ordering approximately 5 days to 8 weeks before the desired delivery date.

Orders at shorter notice are sometimes possible, depending on our capacity and the desired range of products. In this case, please contact us directly so that we can check availability.

Transport & logistics flat fee

We charge a transport & logistics flat fee for delivery. The amount depends on the postcode area of the delivery location within our delivery area of Munich & surroundings.

The flat fee applicable to your delivery address will be displayed during the ordering process or, in the case of individual enquiries, stated in the quotation.

Reusable platters and equipment

Our finger food platters and any reusable equipment agreed upon will be collected again after the event.

The collection time will be agreed individually. We take care of cleaning and disinfection.

Changes to the order quantity

Changes to the agreed number of guests or order quantity of up to ±10% are generally possible up to 120 hours before the agreed delivery or event date.

We can accommodate more extensive changes or changes at shorter notice depending on capacity, availability of goods and production planning, provided this is still organisationally possible.

Please inform us of any changes as early as possible.
